RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

If you buy online, all products can be returned for an exchange or a refund if the product is faulty or does not fit correctly. Please read our Returns Policy for Online purchases, and our Returns Policy for purchases at our Paddington store.

THE PERFECT FIT

Please be careful when buying your Birkenstocks that you get the correct length as well as width. You should have a few milimetres space in the heel and toe areas. Your toes should not touch the cork wall at the front nor should your heel touch the back. This will improve the longevity of your Birkenstocks.

DELIVERY

We send your order with Australia post which is delivered in 2 or more business days. We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, most likely the same day depending on what time we receive them.

We recommend you choose a delivery point where someone will be available to take delivery of your purchase.
